The place where the artists hang out is a warehouse-y space that was going to be some big electromagnetic metal sorting facility. Unfortunately, it didn't work at all. So there's big metal ramps and belts and platforms, but no useful stuff. The landfill folks needed some good PR so presto, art space! Pete is not this blurry in real life.
