This is a space romp. A fancy restaurant made up of (mostly) former soldiers who were part of a hive mind-like entity wind up with a new mystery guest, a bioship, and a few things they need to take care of in the wilds of space I liked this book a lot though sometimes I had trouble keeping track of the characters (many of whom were non-human or only humanoid) but ultimately it’s a story about relationships and redemption and how far you’d go to get it. Worth a read.
